PERMISSIONS
The following is information regarding permissions and reproductions requests.
Thank you for your interest in obtaining images and reproduction requests from the studio of Renee Cox.
The artist grants permission to download the artist’s images from the website for non-commercial use or for fair use as defined in the United States copyright laws.
Requests for all other uses must be made in writing. Each request is separately considered, and permission is granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the artist.. Fees apply, depending on the type and nature of the intended use.
The artist does not give permission for commercial use such as promoting other products, advertising, etc.
The requestor is responsible for securing any and all copyright permissions from the copyright holder (Renee Cox)
Pre-payment:
Payment in full is due in advance of all media shipments and must be made in U.S. dollars.
The accepted form of payment can be found via the pay pal link. If the requestor does not have a pay pal account, PayPal allows the requestor to input their payment details without an account.
Payment must be received when the invoice is received before the request is fulfilled.
How To Order:
Requests for permission to use or reproduce images may be submitted electronically via the Fees And Reproduction template below.
All requests for images and permission to reproduce are subject to approval. You will also be invoiced, and pre-payment is required

Timeframe:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for initial processing.
Thereafter, once the payment has been received, please allow an additional two weeks for the images to be sent to you.
Note that all requests must be submitted via the form below. Requests with missing information will not be accepted.
Rush orders can be accommodated in 7 business days from receipt of payment and for double the total fees.

In order to proceed to the request form, the applicant must first agree that this permission, if granted, shall be subject to the terms of use set forth at the links below.
Read and/or print out the terms of use applicable to your request.
Permissions may be granted for the following:

The applicant further agrees:

to promptly pay all charges connected with this request

In addition to the license fee, the studio requests two copies of the (book, journal or magazine) in which it appears
